Words. Big Words. Small words.

Buzz words. Branding words. Building words.

All words, can fall. Fall like rain. Like bricks. Like Snow.

Some fall up. Some fall down. Some can even drown.

They fall on deaf ears. They fall on hearts of stone. 

They can fall on cold shoulders. But they still fall.

Words can fall softly or they can fall hard.

They can smack, slam, and slap.

They can whack, thump and tap.

But the words I like best are the ones that kindly fall.

Those words melt, settle and wrap.

They melt cold hearts.

They settle on you like a warm blanket.

They wrap around you like a warm hug.

All words fall. Some with great bruising and damage. Some with the power to heal.
